Use Windows Ink
Parallels Desktop 12 Update 1 brings Windows Ink support to Microsoft Office for Windows, enabling you to write or draw in documents with a stylus or touchscreen. Before you can use this capability, all of the following criteria must be met:
You must be running Parallels Desktop 12, Update 1 or later.
You must have a Windows 10 virtual machine with the Anniversary Update installed.
You must be using Office 2016 for Windows with an Office 365 subscription.
If all those conditions are true, Parallels essentially tricks Windows into believing you have a hardware stylus (even if you don’t), which reveals the Draw tab in Office 2016 apps (Figure 29).
Figure 29: The Draw tab appears in Office apps if you meet certain criteria. You can then use the drawing and annotation tools, in any of the following ways:
You can draw with your mouse or trackpad.
If your Mac has a stylus of some kind, such as a connected Wacom tablet, you can use that to draw.
If you have any iPad with any stylus (this need not be an iPad Pro with an Apple Pencil, although that produces the best results), plus the iOS app Astropad and its free Mac counterpart installed, whatever you draw on your iPad’s screen is sent to Office.
