Manual Pension Payments

Manual pension contributions need processing as part of your normal processing routine. The Pension Scheme will need setting up first and named, for example, Manual Entry, then the scheme will need applying to the relevant employee.

Each time the payroll is updated, the Pension’s YTD figures will accumulate. To enter an employee’s pension, manually select the desired employee or employees then do the following:

Click Enter Payments... from the Tasks list and select the Summary tab

A zero value means no contributions have yet been made

Click here to enter Pension Contributions
