1. Fold the left edge to the right.

2. Fold and unfold the upper left and right corners to the opposite edges.

3. Mountain-fold the top edge down, so that the crease passes through the intersection of the creases made in step 2. Unfold.

4. Press the model down at the dot, causing the shape to pop inside-out. Then, push the sides in while bringing down the top. Flaps X and Y will be created, and then hidden beneath the top flap.

5. Fold the left and right corners of the triangle to the top.
