One afternoon, my brother, Kleat, came to me excited about an abandoned house he had his eye on. He said he was trying to locate the owner, and he’d get back to me when he had more information. My brother had given a glowing report about the house he was stalking, and it was in an area we’d always been successful in. I was curious, so I made a mental note of the address and headed out that way. Once in front of the home, I knew we wanted it, if we could get it for the right price.
