Summary

In this chapter, we’ve covered the whole gamut of preparation for running a workshop, from learning, to understanding the people, to getting the format and environment right, to using resources and choosing technology. We’ve touched on the important topic of risks and issues, and dived into detailed preparation. The one aspect we haven’t covered is choosing the individual steps that make up the process of the workshop. That’s what we’ll do in the next chapter.
