Using Transitions with Audio and Video

Because you can apply transitions to any HTML element, you can of course use transition with the audio and video elements:

video {

width:146px;

height:76px;

-webkit-transition: all 1s ease;

-moz-transition: all 1s ease;

-o-transition: all 1s ease;

-ms-transition: all 1s ease;

transition: all 1s ease;

}

video:hover {

width:292px;

height:152px;

}

Try to visualise how the video smoothly increases in size from 146 × 76 to 292 × 152 (Figure 7.3).
