Sweet Baked Potatoes

What you need:

4 baking size sweet potatoes

6 tablespoons real butter

½ cup brown sugar (packed)

1 ⅓ Tablespoons cinnamon

¼ cup pecans, chopped

2 cups marshmallows (mini sized)

Preheat oven to 400 F

Wrap sweet potatoes individually in aluminum foil and bake in preheated oven for 1 hour—or until soft when gently squeezed.

Remove potatoes from oven; leaving oven on; remove foil from potatoes, placing the potatoes on cooking sheet. Slice down the center of the potato (lengthwise, to make an opening for stuffing; fill each potato with the butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, pecans, and marshmallows (in that order) put back in the hot oven for another 5 minutes or until marshmallows are lightly browned. Serve immediately!
