Physical health and psychic health are interlinked: if your nervous system is exhausted, you can easily be overwhelmed by changes in your energy field that would normally cause you no tension or difficulty at all. Check your sleeping patterns; your consumption of alcohol, drugs, cigarettes and caffeine; manage your time better and commit less to overworking – even if it means reining in your ambition a little. Use sensible strategies to live a healthy and humane lifestyle.
