Note that in this case, we need a special handler to generate the graphical points representing the water temperature. This handler is called log_temp.php and it's specified in the href parameter of the channel entry, while the other parameters define the refresh time in seconds (refresh="60") and the scaling of the graph (sweep and frequency). See the Drinks documentation pages for further information about these parameters.

At each refreshing time, the log_temp.php script is called, and it will return the points sequence to be displayed to the display widget. To discover how it happens, we have to move to the next section. But before doing it, let me show you how the web control panel we just presented is displayed on my PC:
