Q. How do I know God is with me?

Q. God seems so far away. How can I find him?

A. The Word of God (the Bible) states that God will never leave us nor forsake us. He tells us that he will draw near to us when we draw near to him. Spend time reading the Bible and listening to him. Pray before you read and ask the Lord to speak to you through his Word! It is really exciting when I’m reading devotions and it seems to fit exactly what is going on in my life right then. That happens to me a lot. It makes me hungry for more! You’ll get to know him through his Word, learn to trust him, and really experience knowing his love and care in your life. God reveals himself to us and speaks to us through the Bible and through our time spent alone with him.
