Section Three of this encyclopaedia entry presents a reasonably accessible introduction to the relationship between special relativity and the dynamic theories of time.

H. Putnam (1967) ‘Time and Physical Geometry’, The Journal of Philosophy 64: 240–7. For the advanced student, this is one of the earliest papers in which the conflict between the special theory of relativity and the dynamic theories of time is outlined.

L. Rudder-Baker (1974) ‘Temporal Becoming: The Argument from Physics’, Philosophical Forum 6: 218–36. Though not an introductory paper, this is a fairly accessible article on the problem posed for dynamic theories of time by special relativity.
