HOW TO SEED A POMEGRANATE
Cut off the very top of the pomegranate to expose the seeds. Score the pomegranate from top to bottom along the lines where the flesh separates the chambers, just cutting into the skin and pith (not the seeds). Then gently pull apart the sections over a medium bowl that’s half-full of water. Submerge each section in the water, gently pushing the seeds out with your thumbs. The seeds will sink to the bottom and the pulpy bits will rise to the top. When you’ve seeded all the sections, remove the pulp from the bowl and strain the seeds from the water.
