Zac cut the motors. The boat stopped.

Now what? thought Zac. Then the screen flashed again.

AGENT TECH HEAD CALLING

Zac hit the answer button. Leon’s face filled the screen.

‘Zac,’ said Leon, ‘the Ocean Arrow has a glass bottom.

Push the button on the dash that says Ocean View.’

Zac pushed the button. The floor began to move. It slid to the back of the boat. Underneath was another floor made of glass.

‘Awesome!’ said Zac.

‘You should be able to see the base now,’ said Leon. ‘Good luck.’ Then the screen went dead and Leon was gone.

OK, thought Zac. I’d better hurry and find this base. He looked through the glass bottom of the boat. But all he saw was a turtle and a lot of fish.

I’m wasting time, thought Zac. Then he saw a strange shape. Zac looked at it closely.

The shape was floating above the sea floor. It looked a bit like a space station. That must be the BIG base, thought Zac.

The base was square. It had a long tube sticking out from it.
