Taken together, these human trial study results suggest that observed analgesic effects in cases of non-malignant chronic pain were most likely modulated by THC, or by products containing both THC and CBD (relatively equal ratio), thus revealing the current trend of using a chemotype I or II for this kind of pain.

Remember, the ranges are based on limited available scientific literature to date. In fact, a number of pre-clinical studies suggest that CBD may reduce chronic pain if underlying inflammatory conditions are part of the chronic pain picture.13,14
