Chapter Seventeen

Journal Entry Six

The week is moving along, Journal, and finally, Thursday has arrived! I have so many things going on in my mind. Making sure everything at the apartment is ready for my mom, text messages from Tollak and Maro, and these continued visions that confuse the hell out of me. Something bad is coming. All I can do is wait for the snippets to make sense and I hate it. The last time they felt like this, I found my mate in the arms of another woman and lost all sense of myself.

All I can do is pray to the Moon Goddess that it won’t be so bad this time.

I guess I could pray to Themis… but that’s a hard pass. I’d no sooner reach out to her than I would volunteer to spend twenty minutes with Neith.
