Dressed up as a clown, he managed to sneak past the guard dogs and

climb the ladder all the way to the top of the chimney.

Despite threats from the guards, my uncle took

some time to straighten his bow tie.

Everyone held their breath, as though it were their last.

Without a word, my uncle waved to us, took off his big red nose and threw it

into the chimney. Maybe in the hope of blocking it for good. Who knows?
