Muscles make everything in your body work.

Without muscles, you couldn’t run, jump, blink, sniff, kick, swim, punch, point, kiss, frown, smile, read a book, make a phone call, have a shower, go bowling, climb a tree, ride a bike, eat a hamburger, digest a hamburger, go to the bathroom, swat a mosquito, write your name, light a fire, pick a flower, and about 75 other things that I can’t be bothered writing down because the muscles in my fingers are getting tired.

That is all there is to know about muscles.
