Instructions:
Press “Saute” function on your Instant Pot and add the coconut oil.
Once the oil is hot, add the brown sugar and stir until the sugar has dissolved.
Stir in the paprika, ginger, coconut aminos, and maple syrup.
Add the salmon fillets to your Instant Pot and season with salt and pepper.
Lock the lid and cook at low pressure for 2 minutes.
When the cooking is done, naturally release the pressure for 5 minutes and quick release any remaining pressure.
Remove the lid and transfer the salmon fillets to a plate.
Spoon and pour some of the broth over the salmon.
Sprinkle the fillets with sesame seeds and garnish with parsley
Serve and enjoy!
