Quick beef stir-fry

Serves: 4

Ingredients:

1 lb. beef sirloin, cut into 2-inch strips

1 red bell pepper, seeded, cut into sticks

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

2 carrots, thinly sliced

1 green onion, sliced

1 teaspoon minced garlic

2 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted

1 ½ cup broccoli florets

Directions:

Heat vegetable oil in wok pan over medium-high heat until just starts to smoke.

Add beef and cook for 3-4 minutes or until browned.

Move beef to the side of wok and add broccoli florets, carrots, green onion, bell pepper and garlic in center of wok.

Cook for 2 minutes.

Stir in the beef, soy sauce and sesame seeds.

Continue cooking for 2 minutes more or until veggies are tender.

Serve while still hot.
