Ingredients

8 ounces peeled and chopped parsnip

1 cup whole milk

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

Salt to taste

Instructions

In a small saucepan, add parsnips and milk; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until parsnips are tender. Place parsnips and milk in a blender; add butter and puree until smooth. Salt to taste. Serve with your favorite grilled meat.
