My family loves a sweet ham—honey ham, brown sugar ham, big ham with pineapple rings—the sweeter the better around here. I’ve seen quite a few recipes for cola-glazed hams in vintage cookbooks. And it’s not unusual in the South to add soda to our ham glazes. But this recipe for Cola Cranberry–Glazed Ham has to be our favorite! The cranberry adds a slightly tart pop that works so well with the ham and the sweetness of the glaze. It all comes together in one magical, perfect recipe. This is our favorite for the holidays and goes perfectly with Funeral Potatoes (page 71)!
