1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons heavy cream
2 cups confectioners’ sugar
10 ounces dark chocolate, melted
10 ounces milk chocolate, melted
2 teaspoons vanilla
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Slowly beat in cream, followed by confectioners’ sugar, until well-blended, then stir in dark and milk chocolates and vanilla until no streaks remain. Refrigerate mixture for 1 hour.
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a melon-baller or your hands, shape chocolate into 1-inch balls. Refrigerate for another hour, then serve.
