4 ears corn, shucked

¾ cup plus 2 tablespoons grapeseed oil

½ medium white onion, chopped (about ½ cup)

1 bunch of scallions, thinly sliced, keeping whites and pale greens separate from the green tops

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

Coarse kosher salt & freshly ground black pepper

12 no-boil lasagna noodles, or ½ recipe (6 sheets; about 8 ounces) Fresh Pasta Sheets, cooked

1 pint mixed cherry tomatoes (preferably heirloom), quartered
