Rollouts to Wall

This is like the measurement except that instead of just rolling out into free space you're going to roll towards a wall. Setup your feet so you're at the proper distance from the wall (however far that is for you). By having the wall there you'll have support at the end which can be used to help you in that final position. Usually with this, where you would be in your rollout you'd likely have little control, but with the wall there, you have an aid which allows you to be able to pull back to the starting position. Careful that you don’t rely on the extra support to much and lose your hollow position.
