Boil big pot with lightly salted water. In boiling water, cook egg noodles, occasionally mixing, for 5 minutes till cooked through yet firm to chew; drain.
Preheat an oven to a heat of 220°C/425°F. In microwave safe glass/ceramic bowl, mix carrots, peas, squash and green beans. Cook for 3-10 minutes till tender. Use cold water to rinse veggies; drain.
In a large-sized skillet, heat olive oil on medium high heat; in hot oil, sauté mushrooms till tender for 5-7 minutes.
In big bowl, whisk milk and mushroom soup. Add Cheddar cheese, onion, tuna, mushrooms and vegetables. Mix black pepper, salt and Worcestershire sauce in. Put mixture in a casserole dish. Put French-fried onions on top. In preheated oven, bake for 20 minutes till bubbly.
