Beef and Prunes

1 teaspoon ginger, grated

2 pcs onions, finely chopped

3 garlic cloves, finely chopped

½ teaspoons Saffron threads, crumbled

3-inch cinnamon stick

½ teaspoons turmeric

1 ½ teaspoons ground cinnamon

2 Tablespoons sugar

1 tablespoon honey

¼ cup butter, softened

¼ cup olive oil

2 ½ cups water

¾ teaspoons salt

1 teaspoon pepper

Bunch of cilantro sprigs, tied together

1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
