1 tbsp. cumin

1 ¼ cups beef broth

1 ¼ cup coconut milk

2 cups Rotel tomatoes

2 tbsp. fish sauce

¼ cup brown sugar

3 minced garlic gloves

2 bay leaves

1 lb. peeled and halved small potatoes
