Resilient people feel emotions—lots of them—but they also understand how to cope with difficult emotions and when to seek help. This section will help you be more resilient when it comes to your feelings. You’ll learn how to manage mild to moderate levels of anxiety, plus some steps to take if you think you need more help.

The first step is to understand more about these common emotions. Emotions usually consist of three different pieces:

What we are feeling (body sensations)

What we are thinking (thoughts)

What happens in our bodies (feelings)
