While all of this is exciting progress for behavior change, we need more direct-to-consumer tools to give behavior change the push it needs. We've talked about how healthcare providers and plans can use analytics to help their consumers change behaviors, and how personalization in health plans and the marketplaces can improve satisfaction. However, good health coverage, even if personalized to the nth degree, is only one step in encouraging more healthy behavior. We need consumer tools that will close the loop by providing personalized feedback and guidance.
