Instructions:

Grease the bottom and edges of a 9×13-inch baking tray or a 9-inch springform pan.

In a large bowl, blend 2 1/4 cups of flour, milk, 1/4 cup of sugar, yeast, 6 tablespoons of butter, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt using an electric mixer for about 5 minutes

Pour the mixture (Point 2) into the baking tray and press the batter on both sides to make it higher. Press the apple slices into the batter.

In a bowl, mix 1 cup of sugar, 3/4 cup of flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, a pinch of salt, and ½ cup of butter.

Use a knife or pastry mix to chop the mixture (Point 4) until it looks like coarse crumbs

Sprinkle the coarse crumbs (Point 5) over apples, then leave the batter to raise for 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 400°F.

Bake the cake in the preheated oven for about 35 minutes.
