There are many reasons I love visiting Maine and Massachusetts every summer, but the main one is lobster mac ânâ cheese! Weâre lucky that Peterâs dad sets lobster creels near our hut, so Iâve brought this great recipe back to Scotland with me.
INGREDIENTS
4 lobster tails
100ml white wine
300g macaroni
750ml milk
1 bay leaf
1 onion
50g pancetta
1 tablespoon olive oil
30g butter
1 garlic clove
60g plain flour
1 teaspoon mustard powder
75g Gruyère, grated
75g mature Cheddar, grated
50g breadcrumbs
