Instructions:
For each recipe, I will start by saying that you can really choose the rice you prefer: brown rice, white rice, Basmati rice, Jasmine rice, Arborio rice, black rice or any other rice you may like to try.
First, drain the tofu from the package and cut in cubes or strips.
Heat the olive oil and add the Worcestershire sauce, start cooking the tofu for 10 minutes.
Add the garlic, ginger and green onions, and cook for another for 5 minutes.
Finally, add the cooked rice, mix all the ingredients together again and taste before serving, adjust the seasonings if needed.
