2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste

1 tablespoon paprika, ground

Juice of 2 lemons

4 tablespoons all-purpose flour

2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt to taste

Method

Preheat the oven to 250°C. Line up a baking tray with parchment paper and set it aside.

Combine all the ingredients except the fish fillets in a large bowl and mix well.

Add in the fillets and coat them with the marinade evenly using your hands. Cover the bowl with a cling wrap and let it sit for 30 minutes.

Now, put the fillets in a single layer in the prepared baking tray and coat the leftover marinade evenly over them.

Bake for 20-25 minutes. Turn the fillets to the other side once halfway through.

Serve hot with sautéed vegetables, mashed potatoes or bread slices.
