Kakuro Ozu
He is a rich retired Japanese man. His father was a diplomat and his mother died shortly after his birth. His secretary is a young man from Asia called Paul NâGuyen. He has two cats, one called Levine, the other Kitty, as a reference to the heroes of Tolstoyâs novel Anna Karenina. Able to quickly perceive people as they are, he quickly unmasks Renée, to their mutual pleasure, as it allows them to become friends. Given his Japanese origins and intelligence, he also soon becomes friends with Paloma.
