Frank’s Red Hot sauce
Cumin
Chili powder
Combine desired amount of dipping sauce ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
Wash tomatoes and cut into ¼ or ½-inch slices. Coat with egg and then breadcrumbs seasoned with salt and pepper. When tomatoes are breaded, place in a large frying pan with heated oil. Cook on one side until browned and flip to cook the other side.
Remove from pan and place on a paper towel-lined plate. Serve immediately with prepared dipping sauce.
