91. Glazed Halibut Steak

Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Cooking Time: 12 minutes

Servings: 3

Ingredients:

1 lb. halibut steak

2/3 cup soy sauce

1/4 tsp. ginger, ground

1 garlic clove, minced

1/4 cup orange juice

1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes

2 tablespoon lime juice

1 tsp. liquid stevia

1/2 cup mirin

Directions:

Prepare the Teriyaki glaze by combining all ingredients except the halibut steak in a saucepan. Bring the mixture to a boil, and then reduce the heat by half. Set aside and allow to cool.

Pour half of the glaze into a resealable bag with halibut and place in the fridge for 30 minutes. Preheat your air fryer to 390ºF.

Place the marinated halibut in the air fryer and cook for 12 minutes.

When finished, brush some of the remaining glazes over the halibut steak.
