In a small bowl, add 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/8 teaspoon black pepper, chili powder and cumin. Stir until combined and sprinkle the seasoning over the chicken breast.
In a skillet over medium heat, add the butter. When the butter melts and the skillet is hot, add the chicken breast. Cook about 7 minutes or until the chicken breast are well browned, done and tender. Remove the skillet from the heat.
Place the chicken breast on a serving platter. Add the cilantro to the black bean salsa. Stir until combined and pour the salsa over the chicken before serving.
