This one takes me back. My mother has always loved the combination of orange marmalade with ham on a crusty French roll, and to be honest, I do too. I decided to come up with my own version of marmalade with a twist. Rosemary is abundant in Sonoma County and pairs well with the sweetness of marmalade. You can serve this one on its own or top a biscuit bottom with some honey ham and a dollop of Rosemary Orange Marmalade for a remarkable sandwich. Try to find organic, unwaxed fruit for making the marmalade.
