• Check for breathing or footsteps at the first bedroom door and respond appropriately (flashlight if footsteps, close door if breathing).

• Go to opposite bedroom door and repeat the steps for the first door.

• Check on the bed for mini Freddys (or Nightmare Fredbear head) and shine light on them so they go away.

• Always listen for footsteps or other signal noises in case something happens when you’re not at a door. Depending on what noise you hear, respond appropriately.

• If you make a mistake and someone gets in, just hope that it’s Nightmare Foxy or Nightmare Freddy and start to regularly check the closet door as well (shut the closet door on whoever is inside and they will eventually turn into a small stuffed toy).

If you practice this strategy enough, it will eventually get to a point where you could even consider this game to be easy. The steps you take over and over again will carry you all the way to the final night without any problems if you get good enough at clicking back and forth.

Definitely make sure you can hear everything you need to hear right from the start. There’s no security cameras in this game, so the only real way to tell where anyone is or what they’re doing is by listening to the noises they make.
