Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 300 degrees F.

Keep the torn bread on a pan.

Toast for half an hour. Set aside for cooling.

Add the chopped onions and butter to your sauté pan.

Cook for 5 minutes.

Add the herbs and celery.

Cook for 3 minutes while stirring.

Add the dried cranberries and pecans.

Season with black pepper and kosher salt. Keep aside.

Now, add the sautéed veggie mixture to your toasted bread with the eggs and chicken broth. Combine well.

Take a scoop of the stuffing mixture. Place in your waffle iron.

Cook for 10 minutes.

Top with a scoop of potatoes, gravy, and sliced turkey.
