Methods:
Marinate chicken by mixing cubes with 1 tablespoon of yogurt, 1 teaspoon of garlic and salt and ground pepper. Place mixture in refrigerator for ½ hour.
Chop 1 tomato, onions and capsicums into cubes. Pour 1 tablespoon oil in lidded pan. Fry veggies over low heat for ½ hour.
Add pinch of ground pepper. Cover pan. Allow to heat while you perform next steps.
Place marinated chicken in pan and fry till golden brown. Drain. Set it aside.
In a separate pan, heat tablespoons of oil and fry 1 de-seeded, peeled, lightly crushed tomato.
After a minute, add chopped garlic, cumin seeds and 1 teaspoon of coriander powder. Fry mixture for five minutes or more.
Add 3 tablespoons of the yogurt. If you prefer more gravy, use more yogurt. Add fried chicken to yogurt mixture.
Allow to cook till gravy has thickened.
Add this mixture to onion and capsicum mixture in other pan over low heat. You do not have to mix them. Serve with white rice.
