Curry Chicken Pasta Salad

Cook Time: 10 minutes

Servings Size: 6

Recipes:

8 oz. pasta shells

1 cup mayonnaise

1 cup sour cream

3 cups cubed cooked chicken

½ cup chopped walnuts

½ cup raisins

2 tsp. curry powder

Salt and pepper to taste

3 chopped scallions

Instructions:

Cook the pasta in a pot of salted boiling water for 10 minutes. Drain and let cool.

Combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, chicken, walnuts, raisins, curry powder, salt, pepper, and scallions in a bowl.

Stir in the pasta.

Refrigerate the pasta for 3 hours.
