5th day: Rifugio Città di Fiume-Triol dei Cavai-Col de le Creppe Cavaliere (6,262 feet/1,909 meters)-Rifugio Venezia/De Luca- Val di Zoldo-Casera Pioda (6,286 feet/1,916 meters)-Rifugio Sonino at Coldai (7,005 feet/2,135 meters).
6th day: Rifugio Sonino at Coldai-Rifugio Tissi- Val Civetta-Rifugio Vazzoler (5,748 feet/1,752 meters).
7th day: Rifugio Vazzoler- Val Corpassa-Mount Moiazze-Col de l'Ors (5,905 feet/1,800 meters)-Forcella del Camp (6,339 feet/1,932 meters)-Rifugio Carestiato (6,037 feet/1,840 meters).
8th day: Rifugio Carestiato-Passo Duran (5,266 feet/1,605 meters)- Agordo/Zoldo road (347)-Ponte di Caleda (5,052 feet/ 1,540 meters)-Pick up route immediately after and go up to Forcella Dagarei (5,315 feet/1,620 meters)-Col Pan d'Orso (5,823 feet/1,775 meters)-Forcella Moschesin (6,365 feet/1,940 meters)-Pra delIa Vedova by way of the "Sentiero delle Balanzole" -Rifugio Sommariva al Pramperet (6,152 feet/ 1,875 meters).
9th day: Rifugio Sommariva al Pramperet-Portela del Piazadel (6,880 feet/2,097 meters)-Forcella Sud dei Van de Cittil (7,858 feet/2,395 meters)-Casera Pian de Fontana (5,354 feet/1,632 meters)-Forcella La Varetta (5,590 feet/1,704 meters)-Casera Nerville (5,384 feet/1,641 meters).
10th day: Casera Nerville-Climb the north ravine between Pelf and Schiara mountains-Forcella del Marmol (7,421 feet/ 2,262 meters)-Bivouac of the Marmol- "Iron ladder of the Marmol-Rifugio 7th Alpini (4,888 feet/1,490 meters).
11th day: Rifugio 7th Alpini-Via mule track through the Val d' Ardo-Case Bortot (2,320 feet/707 meters)-Road to Belluno.
