1 tsp minced garlic

1-inch ginger grated

1 small green chili chopped

1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

1 tsp tamarind paste

1 tbsp cane sugar

Salt and pepper

1 tbsp rice bran oil

Methods

Rinse the edamame and bring it to boil in 3 – 5 minutes, their green color will look brighter.

Then toss in cold water for 1 – minute to stop cooking.

Add the rice oil to the saucepan.

Sauté the garlic, ginger, chili, and tamarind paste.

Add the cane sugar and season.

Toss the edamame and drizzle with the balsamic vinegar.

Serve.
