Savory Mojo Ribs

This is a great tasting dish to make that you don’t need a grill for. Grilled to perfection and served with a sweet mojo sauce, I know you are going to fall in love with these ribs. Serve these ribs with some Cuban style rice and black beans for the tastiest results.

Makes: 3 Servings

Total Prep Time: 3 Hours and 35 Minutes

Ingredients:

• 1 Cup of Extra Virgin Olive Oil

• 10 Cloves of Garlic, fresh, peeled and finely chopped

• ¼ Cup of Yellow Onion, peeled and minced

• 1/3 Cup of Orange Juice, freshly squeezed

• 1 Cup of Lime Juice, freshly squeezed

• 2/3 Cup of Warm Water

• ¼ Cup of Parsley, fresh and roughly chopped

• ½ tsp. of Oregano, dried

• ¾ tsp. of Garlic Powder

• 2 tsp. of Cumin Powder

• 3 Boneless Ribs, country style

• 1 tsp. of Salt, to taste

• 1 tsp. of Black Pepper, to taste
