He who created the heavens and the earth and what is between in truth and for a specified term.

“We did not create the heavens and earth and what is between them except in truth and [for] a specified term. But those who disbelieve, from that of which they are warned, are turning away.” [Surah al-Ahqaf, 3]

He who created the worlds with precise determination and security.

“And He completed them as seven heavens within two days and inspired [i.e., made known] in each heaven its command. And We adorned the nearest heaven with lamps [i.e., stars, for beauty] and as protection. That is the determination of the Exalted in Might, the Knowing.” [Surah Fussilat, 12]
