Zoom displays the settings related to meetings.

Scroll down to the Schedule Meeting section.

If you want your host video on automatically when you start a scheduled meeting, click the Host video switch to On ().

If you want participants’ video on automatically when you start a scheduled meeting, click the Participants video switch to On ().

Each time you modify a setting, Zoom lets you know your settings have been updated.

Zoom also adds the text Modified beside each setting you have changed.

For the Audio Type setting, click the radio button that represents your preferred audio option for participants ( changes to ).

If you want participants to be able to join the meeting without waiting for the host, click the Allow participants to join before host switch to On ().

To restrict how soon participants can join, click Participants can join ( changes to ) and then click to choose a time.

Click Save.
