Procedure:
1. Salt and pepper beef, pork, and lamb. Mix with parsley, wine, juniper berries, thyme, onions, carrots, bay leaves, and garlic and let marinate overnight in the fridge.
2. Layer the potatoes, meat and vegetables in a pot and season the layers with salt and pepper. Potatoes will be top layer. Arrange bacon on the top.
3. Whisk the flour with 5 tablespoons of water and knead for 2 minutes. Roll the dough out into a rope-shape and line the rim of the pot.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 4 hours.
