I lay in bed that night trying to get to sleep, but thinking about everything that had happened that day. I changed position about one hundred times but still couldn’t get comfortable. There was a rock hard knot in my chest and an anxious tension that ached across my shoulders.

I reached over and grabbed my phone off the charger to see if anyone was still awake. Sara the night owl was.

Yep doing a chemistry assignment. Not like you to be up this late Miss 5 am girl

Yeah well I don’t get to train any more so I don’t have to be up that early
