Instructions

Marinade squid in a Superfoods marinade. Stir fry drained squid in coconut oil for few minutes, add all veggies and stir fry for 2 more minutes. Add the rest of the marinade and stir fry for a minute. Serve with brown rice or quinoa.

Spicy Octopus, Bok Choy & Green Onions Stir Fry

Ingredients - Allergies: SF, GF, DF, EF

• 1/2 pound octopus

• 1/4 cup sesame seeds

• 1 + 1/2 cup sliced bok choy

• 1/2 cup sliced green onions

• 1 Tbsp. chili powder (to taste)

• 1 Tbsp. coconut oil
